Introducing an innovative onboarding program designed to help shape the next generation of top-producing REMAX agents: Aspire!

This pilot program combines financial incentives, world-class education and the advanced technology solutions in MAXTech® powered by BoldTrail to support agents who are driven to greatness.

A Model Designed for Growth.

Aspire replaces standard monthly fixed fees with a production-based structure, helping reduce upfront costs for both brokerages and agents in their first year with REMAX.

Aspire fees include (for the first 12 months):

  • 5% of GCI, capped at $5,000 annually
  • $25 per transaction side
  • Standard annual dues of $410

Aspire eliminates (for the first 12 months):

  • Monthly Continuing Franchise Fees (CFF)
  • Monthly Marketing Fund fees

100 Days to Greatness

During this 14-week program, agents will learn how to: ​

  • Establish and run their business like a pro with a step-by-step digital guide.​​
  • Apply strategies used by the best in the business.​
  • Find out who to target, what to say and how to follow up.​
  • Leverage their MAXTech powered by BoldTrail solutions to stay connected and organized.​

Current REMAX agents can participate in 100 Days to Greatness at a discounted rate while also leveling-up their MAXTech powered by BoldTrail skills. Download the resources to learn more.

Certified Full-Service Professional (CFSP)

The CFSP Designation elevates an agent’s status as a trusted professional with:​

  • Virtual training courses from Brian Buffini and other thought leaders.​
  • A cutting-edge marketing suite and listing presentation materials.​
  • Ready-made sample dialogues to employ with clients.​

Current REMAX agents can earn the CFSP designation at a discounted rate.

To receive preferred pricing on the 100 Days of Greatness or CFSP courses outside the AspireSM program, agents must first create an account using their remax.net email. Once logged in, the discounted rate will apply automatically at checkout.
