This is your opportunity to give qualified recruits a firsthand look at REMAX Canada from the inside — through general and breakout sessions, the CMN reception, Fun Night, the Marketplace and a curated recruit experience built around real conversations with agents who have already made the move.

This year, eligible recruits may qualify for base Activate registration fee coverage, which includes full event access, as well as two nights of hotel coverage at the Victoria Marriott Inner Harbour.

For the right recruit, that kind of access can change the conversation.

To qualify, recruits must:

  • Be a Canadian agent recruit, excluding Quebec
  • Have been licensed for at least 12 months as of Sept. 22, 2026
  • Be currently licensed with a brand other than REMAX
  • Have a minimum GCI of $75,000 CAD in the past year
  • Not have been affiliated with the REMAX brand in the past six months
  • Attend the 2026 Activate Conference panel lunch with their sponsor, where both the recruit and sponsor must check in.

All recruit registrations are subject to review and approval.

The Curated Recruit Experience

Agent Panel and Lunch | 12 p.m. to 2 p.m.

Recruits and sponsors are invited to a dedicated lunch featuring agents who joined REMAX from another brand.

The conversation will focus on what recruits actually want to know:

  • Why did they make the move?
  • Why did they stay?
  • What changed in their business?
  • What REMAX advantages are they using?
  • What would they tell another agent considering a move?

Peer-to-peer. Direct. Real. Built to give recruits a clearer look at what moving to REMAX can mean for them.

Recruits are encouraged to attend the general session, visit the Marketplace, take part in the CMN reception and join the evening event at the Royal BC Museum.

Together, these moments give recruits a fuller look at the scale, connection and energy behind the REMAX network.

Recruiting Incentive Details

For approved recruits who meet all qualifying criteria, REMAX will reimburse the sponsoring broker/owner for the base Activate registration fee and cover two nights of accommodation at the Victoria Marriott Inner Harbour.

Rooms are available on a first come first served basis and are subject to internal team approval.
