Since 2018, REMAX Canada has proudly partnered with Treat Accessibly to support inclusive trick-or-treating for children with disabilities by helping to remove barriers like stairs, steep driveways, loud noises and bright lights.

Order Accessible Trick-or-Treating Signs

As of 2025, more than 300,000 homes across the country have displayed Accessible Trick-or-Treating signs in their yard.

REMAX® agents are the primary distributors of these signs. Order your FREE Accessible Trick-or-Treating yard sign (only pay for shipping) today and give them to homeowners who are committed to making Halloween safe and accessible for everyBODY.

How to Use Treat Accessibly Signs to Build Client Relationships

In Your Yard
Place a sign in your yard and commit to handing out Halloween treats from an accessible location, such as the bottom of your stairs or your garage. Share your participation on social media to show your support for a more inclusive Halloween.

Share With Existing Clients
Hand-deliver or mail signs to clients and invite them to participate by displaying one in their yard. Encourage them to tag you on social media once their sign is up.

Connect With Prospective Clients
Use the signs as an opportunity to connect with new people in your community. It’s a meaningful way to demonstrate your community involvement while building relationships that could keep you top of mind for future real estate needs.

Get Social
Create posts leading up to Halloween featuring your Treat Accessibly sign. Dress up, share a message about accessible trick-or-treating and have some fun while helping spread awareness.

Create an Office Challenge
Get your office or team involved with a friendly competition. Challenge team members to see who can get the most clients participating and displaying their signs.
