We are happy to announce our 2026 ad campaign with The Globe and Mail. This year’s campaign will run April through October, with five full-page, full colour listing ads in The Globe and Mail’s Saturday News Section. Ads will run on April 18, May 16, June 13, September 19 and October 17. Additionally, we will run one half-page, weekday ad during this campaign.
These ads will feature 15 of The REMAX Collection listings located anywhere in Canada. The listings featured will change on a per ad basis.
The weekly deadlines for listing submissions are below.
- Wednesday, April 8th – 2pm ET submissions closed
- Wednesday, May 6th – 2pm ET submissions closed
- Wednesday, June 3rd – 2pm ET submissions closed
- Wednesday, September 9th – 2pm ET submissions closed
- Wednesday, October 7th – 2pm ET submissions closed
You must submit your listing by the deadline on each of the mentioned dates for consideration. Any listing received after the deadline will not be considered.
The parameters for the property to be considered are:
- Preferred minimum list price $3,000,000
- Must be listed for at least 2x the average residential sold price in your market, therefore meeting or exceeding The REMAX Collection threshold. The threshold list can be found on https://agentbrokerhub.remax.ca/luxury-thresholds-canada/
- Must have excellent, high-quality photography and home staging
