We are excited to announce that Tim Syrianos of RE/MAX Ultimate and Jamie Johnston of RE/MAX Condos Plus have officially joined forces, combining their businesses to become even more unstoppable in the Toronto real estate market.

With a total of 7 offices and 400 agents, the brokerages will continue their day-to-day operations separately – Tim will remain the broker of record of RE/MAX Ultimate and Jamie, the broker of record of RE/MAX Condos Plus.

“Jamie and I have been collaborating together for over 12 years and this new structure will allow us to provide additional resources and expertise to our agents across a bigger marketplace,” says Tim Syrianos.

In 2007, Tim became the broker/owner of RE/MAX Ultimate and is thrilled that Jamie, who has been the broker/owner of RE/MAX Condos Plus for more than 20 years, has provided him with the opportunity to become the majority shareholder of this new group.
