Mayor of St. John’s, Newfoundland and Labrador, Danny Breen, cuts the ribbon held by Jim Burton, Owner of RE/MAX Infinity, and Simon Schneider, RE/MAX Director of Region Development.

We are excited to announce that RE/MAX Infinity Realty has opened a new office in the heart of downtown St. John’s, NL. The office is located in the Sheraton Hotel Newfoundland where the brokerage looks to target tourists with a prime spot in the hotel’s lobby.

Jim Burton, Owner of RE/MAX Infinity found that travelers often fall in love with Newfoundland and Labrador and want a place to call their own. This unique opportunity allows the brokerage to be top of mind when tourists want to become localists.

“We have a five-year lease with an option to renew after another five years. RE/MAX Infinity will also have a presence on the in-house TVs in every guest room,” says Burton.

The RE/MAX Infinity team has nearly doubled since last year, bringing its roster to 50 agents. There are 27 agents working from their Conception Bay South office, while the remainder have transitioned to their office downtown.

“There’s a tremendous amount of foot traffic here at the Sheraton Hotel. Getting in front of this traffic will help our agents help others,” says Burton.

On top of helping homebuyers and sellers get positive results, RE/MAX Infinity will also continue to give back to those in their community. Since the very beginning, the brokerage has been a part of the RE/MAX Miracle Home Program, where 100% of the agents have donated a portion of their sales commission to their local Children’s Miracle Network (CMN) hospital. Most recently, the RE/MAX Infinity team has committed to doubling their donations per transaction to CMN. The brokerage predicts this will allow them to raise close to $80,000 annually for the Janeway Children’s Hospital.
