To qualify for The REMAX Collection, your residential listing needs to be twice the average sales price for the city. The REMAX Collection Threshold pdf houses all cities within Canada and the active listing price to be considered a part of The REMAX Collection. To locate a city, use “Control F” then type in the province or city in the search bar.

To challenge a threshold, please send an email with the average sales price for all single family or condominiums and townhomes sold within the area in the last six months to theremaxcollection@remax.ca. If you wish to challenge multiple, please send a separate report for each city.
