We once again partnered with The Globe & Mail for our Spring 2025 Media Campaign. The purpose of the campaign was to advertise your luxury listings, gaining you extra exposure, increasing favourability with your clients, and enhancing The RMAX Collection luxury brand.

We placed 4 insertions in the Saturday News Section starting on May 10th and running through September 20th. Each print ad featured 15 luxury listings. Markets were given equal consideration and listings were published from Ontario, Quebec, British Columbia, Alberta, Newfoundland and Labrador, Prince Edward Island, and New Brunswick.

Luxury properties were submitted via an online form, and chosen to appear based on the below criteria.

  • Active status, preferred within 30 days new
  • Preferred minimum list price $3,000,000
  • Must be listed for at least 2x the average residential sold price in your market, therefore meeting or exceeding The REMAX Collection threshold. The threshold list can be found here.
  • Must have excellent high-quality photography and home staging
