When you attend the MAX/Recruit Recruiting Bootcamp, you’ll find yourself in a learning environment designed to push and stretch you so that you grow into a more successful recruiter.

This program will challenge you like never before, but hard work leads to results: previous bootcamps have yielded 56 broker/owner graduates and led to a 174 gross new agent count.

Details:

7-week Bootcamp starting November 2 (Thursdays):

Each session will be 90 minutes (10am PT/1pm ET).

Accountability Calls starting November 6 (Mondays):

  • November 27, 2023

  • December 11, 2023
  • December 18, 2023

Each session will be 90 minutes (10am PT/1pm ET)

The first 30 minutes will be role play with scripts; the last 60 minutes will be a group call while actively making recruiting calls.

Each week, homework will be assigned and must be turned into your region representative weekly.

Each bootcamp or accountability call you miss, you’ll earn a strike. Each homework assignment you don’t turn in on time, you’ll earn a strike. Three strikes and you’re out of the group. Growth requires being accountable to yourself and others.
