What is Train-the-Trainer?
Is there someone in your office who you want to be your local MAXTech expert? Make sure they join us at RE/MAX Canada Headquarters for an immersive technology workshop designed to help you implement MAXTech at your office!
Please note that attendees will need to be an administrator within the MAXTech powered by BoldTrail platform to be able to fully implement everything covered in the workshop.
Throughout the week, participate in hands-on activities as you discover key functionality that will help you find success with the solutions and help you support your agents on their technology adoption journey. This includes everything from marketing, lead routing best practices, CRM and database management, website setup, and more.
By the end of the workshop, you’ll leave knowing the solutions offered by RE/MAX, how to position these as a value proposition in your office, how to train to our tech, and so much more. More importantly, you’ll leave with ‘Training in a Box’ – a plan of action for how to get started with MAXTech, and also the confidence needed to leverage these solutions at your office. This includes a training schedule, timing, PowerPoint presentations and videos to share during the sessions.
Due to interest and limited availability, we are asking that only one staff member attend per brokerage. Thank you for understanding.
What to Expect:
· Workbook + Resources: Follow along with the instructor, take notes, and retain key insights from the session.
· Hands-on Activities: Complete key profiles, setup office resources, identify agent coaching opportunities, personalize communications, etc.
· Action Plans + Takeaways: Leave with an action plan that includes next steps and how to stay connected through RE/MAX University and other helpful resources
What You Need to Know:
· Attendees will need to be an administrator within the MAXTech powered by BoldTrail platform to be able to fully implement everything covered in the workshop.
· Classes will be set up as interactive workshops, so make sure you bring your laptop and charger with you so you can follow alongside the presenter. For daily schedule and workshop specifics, please visit the agenda page.
· Come prepared to complete activities, participate in breakouts, take notes and ask questions along the way.
· A light breakfast and lunch will be provided. Dinner is on your own so feel free to explore the surrounding area!
