Your individual coaching sessions are focused on you, your goals and your growth. With 42 sessions per year, you’ll have plenty of time to work one-on-one with one of our experienced coaches and create a personalized plan to achieve your goals.

Each session is 30 minutes long, giving you enough time to delve into the specifics of your business, explore your challenges, create a roadmap to success and provide the accountability and motivation you need to get there.

You’ll also receive monthly free trainings and invitations to exclusive gatherings at BOC and R4. These events are designed to help you stay up to date on the latest industry trends, network with other brokers/owners, recruiters and team leaders, and gain valuable insights that can help you grow your business even further.
