If you’ve won a Club Award, you would have received an email from RE/MAX, LLC on Tuesday, February 18, 2025. Your Club Award status for 2024 production will also appear on your agent profile page on MAX/Center. This recognition confirms you’re a RE/MAX top producer and one of the best in the industry’s best.

NOTE: Career Awards (Hall of Fame, Circle of Legends, etc.) are presented throughout the year, with profiles updated accordingly.

Celebrate at R4

If you’re attending R4, be sure to celebrate your award with others:

  • Special Awards Luncheon: Feb. 25 at 11:30 a.m. (where Circle of Legends, Luminary of Distinction and Paramount of Excellence will be presented)
  • Best of RE/MAX Awards Dinner: Feb. 25 at 6 p.m. (where other Club Awards, as well as Hall of Fame and Lifetime Achievement Career Awards will be presented)
  • 100% Club Luncheon: Feb. 26 at 12:30 p.m. (where 100% Club will be presented)

R4 attendees can pick up their trophies during the respective ceremony or at the R4 MarketPlace trophy booth. Click here to access the Trophy Options chart with more information.

Tickets are required for these events. You can purchase them on site or by modifying your R4 registration (you’ll need your confirmation email to access your registration and then add to your cart). Or email conventions@remax.com.

Plaque and Medallion Details

If you are not attending R4, plaques and medallions will arrive to your offices by the end of March. If any corrections or adjustments need to be made to the medallions or plaques, please contact our awards team at canadaawards@remax.com.

Kindly note that any changes will be processed after R4 and replacement plaques and medallions will be shipped out beginning in April.
