Admins can now include Office listings in their Listing Automation under Listing Machine in MAXTech powered by BoldTrail.

Steps to Set Up:

1. Access Design Center within MAXTech powered by BoldTrail

2. Click on Settings and Media Library on the top right

3. On this new window, select the scope (Company or Office)

4. Scroll down on the window to see a tile called Entity Social Media Posting

5. Click Edit

6. Connect Facebook and/or LinkedIn Accounts (Note that Twitter will be added soon)

7. Once accounts are connected, click on Create Entity Kit and set up the listing kit with your preferred preferences. Note that the Scope selected in Step 3 will cover the listings that will be included in this kit – either listings for one location or the whole company

8. Click Save

9. Repeat as needed for another location
