REMAX Infinity in Newfoundland and Labrador welcomes the addition of top-performing agent Jay Patel and his team of associates including Rajwinder Singh, Jasvir Khokhar and Matthew Blundon. Patel and team have joined Team Burton, led by Jim Burton, O.N.L. and Teri-Lynn Jones, and will continue to serve clients in St. John’s and the surrounding communities.

Patel started his real estate career with Century 21 in August 2021 and has sold more than 250 properties, representing more than $50 million in sales volume. Prior to joining REMAX, he was named to the brand’s Top 30 Under 30 list in Canada for three consecutive years, earned numerous production awards and was named the overall top producer at his local Century 21 brokerage in 2024 and 2025.
“The first five years of my career were about establishing myself and seeing what I could accomplish,” said Patel. “Now I want to reach the next level, and that’s why I joined REMAX Infinity. I want to learn from the best, continue developing as a real estate professional and challenge myself in a new environment. The new members’ experience complements Team Burton’s work in commercial real estate, land development, residential development and residential resale. Together, the expanded team will bring a broad range of experience to clients throughout the St. John’s area.

For Patel, the opportunity to learn from that experience was a central consideration in joining Team Burton. Burton has 40 years of real estate experience, and Jones has worked in the industry for 20 years.
