Designed exclusively for Canadian Broker/Owners, Managers, and office staff with administrator access to MAXTech powered by BoldTrail, this immersive Train-the-Trainer workshop prepares attendees to become their office’s go-to MAXTech expert.

Through hands-on, in-person training, participants will learn how to effectively implement MAXTech, support agent adoption, and confidently train others within their office. Key focus areas include marketing workflows, lead routing best practices, CRM and database management, website setup, and more.

Attendees will also receive a “Training in a Box” toolkit, complete with ready-to-use training schedules, presentations, and resources to help roll out MAXTech across their brokerage.

Important details:

• Attendance is limited to two staff members per brokerage
• Attendees must have administrator access to MAXTech to fully participate
