Introducing an innovative onboarding program designed to help shape the next generation of top-producing REMAX agents: Aspire!
This pilot program combines financial incentives, world-class education and the advanced technology solutions in MAXTech® powered by BoldTrail to support agents who are driven to greatness.
REMAX Aspire Program Fee Model
Aspire gives your brokerage a performance-based financial model designed to support growth. For an agent’s first year with REMAX, the investment to REMAX is 5% of GCI (paid after each closing) with a $5,000 cap, a $25 per-transaction fee and the standard $410 annual dues. Unlike the traditional model, Aspire eliminates fixed monthly fees, reducing financial pressure and making it easier for agents to focus on building a foundation for success.
Program Requirements
In exchange for this unique fee model, enrolled agents must complete 100 Days to Greatness within six months of their join date and leverage their MAXTech powered by BoldTrail solutions. Additionally, they must complete the Certified Full-Service Professional (CFSP) course by the end of their first year.
100 Days to Greatness
During this 14-week program, agents will learn how to:
- Establish and run their business like a pro with a step-by-step digital guide.
- Apply strategies used by the best in the business.
- Find out who to target, what to say and how to follow up.
- Leverage their MAXTech powered by BoldTrail solutions to stay connected and organized.

Certified Full-Service Professional (CFSP)
The CFSP Designation elevates an agent’s status as a trusted professional with:
- Virtual training courses from Brian Buffini and other thought leaders.
- A cutting-edge marketing suite and listing presentation materials.
- Ready-made sample dialogues to employ with clients.
