Thank you for another incredible year in helping change kids’ health by donating to your local Children’s Miracle Network hospital foundation!

Donations with corresponding donor reports need to be submitted to the local Children’s Miracle Network (CMN) hospital foundation by December 15 in order for donors to receive a 2023 tax receipt. Access the contact information for the CMN hospital foundation here.

Please be aware that donations made after December 15 will be processed the following calendar year unless they make special arrangements.

For Miracle Offices donating on behalf of your agents, please note that donations under $20 will not be automatically receipted and will only be processed if a special request is made. The resources to process donations under $20 is costly to children’s hospital foundations and in some markets, cost the foundations more to process than the donation received.
