It takes many hours\, dedication and a willingness to exit your comfort zone. \nGrowth requires being accountable to yourself and others. If you don’t like accountability\, don’t sign up for MAX/Recruit’s Recruiting Bootcamp. \nWhen you attend the MAX/Recruit Recruiting Bootcamp\, you’ll find yourself in a learning environment designed to push and stretch you so that you grow into a more successful recruiter. \nThis program will challenge you like never before\, but hard work leads to results: previous bootcamps have yielded 56 broker/owner graduates and led to a 174 gross new agent count. \nDetails: \n7-week Bootcamp starting November 2 (Thursdays): \n\nNovember 2\, 2023\nNovember 9\, 2023\nNovember 16\, 2023\nNovember 30\, 2023\nDecember 7\, 2023\nDecember 14\, 2023\nDecember 21\, 2023\n\nEach session will be 90 minutes (10am PT/1pm ET). \nAccountability Calls starting November 6 (Mondays): \n\nNovember 6\, 2023\nNovember 13\, 2023\nNovember 27\, 2023\nDecember 4\, 2023\nDecember 11\, 2023\nDecember 18\, 2023\n\nEach session will be 90 minutes (10am PT/1pm ET) \nThe first 30 minutes will be role play with scripts; the last 60 minutes will be a group call while actively making recruiting calls. \nEach week\, homework will be assigned and must be turned into your region representative weekly. \nEach bootcamp or accountability call you miss\, you’ll earn a strike. Each homework assignment you don’t turn in on time\, you’ll earn a strike. Three strikes and you’re out of the group. Growth requires being accountable to yourself and others.
